Nose : Oven-roasted agave, wildflower honey and dried fruits.

Aging : Aged for at least 14 months and finished in Crémant du Limoux barrels.

Taste : Spiced orchard fruit , caramel, and rich roasted agave honey.

Finish : Smooth and slightly sweet.
