Gimonnet’s NV 1er Cru Brut Rose de Blancs is made from Chardonnay with 6% red wine from Pinot Noir, and represents the light, fresh and refined Gimmonet style in pink. The version based on 2012 (disgorged in 12/2014 with 6.5 grams dosage) shows lovely red currant flavors and is very vivacious, mineral and delicate on the palate. It is enjoyed at its best when fresh.
